For most addons, yes - you'll need a LifeBots or compatible bot platform. However, our Shared Group Bot service doesn't require any bot account - we provide the bot for you!

Standalone addons: Bot Controls (L$250/bot/week) and Shared Group Bot (L$250/group/week)
Each Discord group connection counts as 1 addon. Live Chat Support counts as 1 addon. For example, Live Chat + 2 Discord groups = 3 addons (Gold plan needed).
These are premium addons with unique resource requirements. Bot Controls provides intensive bot management features. Shared Group Bot includes our own bot infrastructure - you don't need your own bot. Hence the separate pricing.
Yes! You can change your plan at any time through your dashboard. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
We accept Linden Dollars (L$) paid in-world. Visit our in-world location or use the dashboard to manage your subscription.
Feature Questions
The Shared Group Bot is a standalone service that connects your SL groups to Discord without requiring your own bot. We provide the bot - you just pay for the service. Perfect for users who don't have a LifeBots account.
Bot Controls includes: Quick Outfit Switching, teleportation & movement, stand/sit controls, object interaction with dialogue retrieval, wanderer mode for autonomous roaming, inventory management, group invites, and map viewing with nearby people detection.
Discord Connect establishes two-way messaging between your SL group chat and a Discord channel. Messages sent in Discord appear in the SL group, and vice versa. You can configure multiple groups/channels and customize name display options.
Live Chat Support is a professional ticket system. Customers IM your bot to create tickets. Your team can respond via Discord, Telegram, or web interface. Features include agent assignment, notecard decoding, and email notifications for offline customers.

Our addons are optimized for LifeBots (our primary partner). We also maintain compatibility with SmartBots for users with existing setups. The Shared Group Bot service works independently - no bot platform needed.
